Eric
Founder, Msc Physiotherapist
Eric, the founder of Calintellect, is a physiotherapist and calisthenics athlete with over 12 years of experience. His passion for calisthenics extends to his master's thesis on the Front Lever as a strength measurement tool.
As the creator of the popular YouTube channel “FrinksmovementTV”, Eric has produced widely acclaimed calisthenics documentaries and interviewed experts like Dr. Mike Israetel, Greg Nuckols, and David Epstein, as well as collaborated with athletes and creators like Pere Coll, “Geek Climber” and Daniel Vadnal (FitnessFAQs).
Since 2018, he has been coaching clients worldwide, helping them achieve their calisthenics goals.

Gianluca
Ops Partner, Certified Coach
Gianluca, the operations partner at calintellect is a personal trainer and calisthenics coach, as well as an advanced calisthenics athlete.
He received his exercise science program certificate from the University of Colorado Boulder as well as advanced fitness and physical training instructor certificate from the ALIFID (Latin american alliance of fitness and sport instructors)
Gian has been teaching for more than 4 years and his main areas of interest are hypertrophy training, nutrition and calisthenic skills.

The first time I learned about Eric was from his YouTube channel, where he has quite unique content about calisthenics and training in general. His videos are full of knowledge and science, which I undoubtedly missed. On his website, I saw that he offered coaching, so I decided to contact him to see if he could work with me, and he could! We signed a three-month contract. I filled out the questionnaire, and Eric scheduled an intro session where he asked me many questions about my goals, health condition, equipment, schedule, and any training-related preferences I had. He created a personalized plan that addressed all my limitations and covered all my needs. During all three months, Eic kept close contact with me: he provided feedback and adopted the training plan based on my performance and health condition. Before working with Eric, I could never stick longer than a month with any program, and my progress was quite slow. After just three months of training with Eric, I got stronger in all exercises: weighted pull-ups/dips, diamonds/archer pushups, and pistol squats. Also my handstand became much more stable. Is this course suitable for beginners?
Yes, the course is designed to cater to individuals of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. The suitability is rather dependent on the level of dedication that the person has to put in time to self-educate on these topics.
How do I access the course after a purchase?
During the purchasing process you will create your Calintellect account. The course materials will be available in the 'My Courses' section when you log in to your account on the Calintellect.com platform.
How is it better than a book?
We don’t state our product is better than books. In the process of course creation, many books have been read as well. The advantage of the course over the book is that the information has a lot of visual and audio backing which promotes understanding. Also, the course being hosted on the Calintellect platform gives us the ability to control updates more frequently and without much resistance. Apart from all that, we still believe that this course presents information that is not yet found in other educational products on the market.
Can I access the course on my mobile device?

What if I have questions or need support during the course?
While Calisthenics Professional in its current form doesn’t offer a dedicated support space, if you have a specific question, simply reach out to our team, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Do you offer refunds?
We don’t offer a refund option, as we can’t control the behavior of the user in the context of capturing the materials and using them outside of our platform. We do offer 2 free lessons as well as individual module purchases for mitigating the financial risk of the course being not suitable for a customer.
Will I benefit from this course for other purposes than calisthenics?
Yes, while our course’s core is calisthenics programming, on your way, you will learn many things that can be helpful from the standpoint of general gym training, powerlifting, bodybuilding / hypertrophy training, hand balancing training, as well as basics such as muscle physiology, anatomy, and biomechanics.
What skills are covered in the materials?
The course equips you with any possible skill to work on. However, in the second module, we specifically talk about handstand, planche, front lever, back lever, L-sit / V-sit, human flag, iron cross, handstand push-up, handstand press, 90-degree push-up, impossible dip, one-arm pull-up, rings / bar muscle-up, and Hefesto.
What does 'lifetime access' mean?
Lifetime access means that after purchasing the Calisthenics Professional course, you will have access to it as well as to any new updates of the materials on the Calintellect course platform, without a need to ever pay for it again. If for some reason the platform shuts down, you will receive all your purchased materials via the email address previously assigned to your account. If we change the pricing model in the future, you obviously don’t get any consequences of that.
